Jammu, Feb 17: Bhartiya Janta Party leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Sunil Sharma on Tuesday called for strict action against encroachers, stressing that the law must act without delay in the RS Pura incident.

Speaking to reporters, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, LoP Sunil Sharma said, “There should be no compromise; the law must act immediately. Any encroachment will face strict action. The RS Pura incident is serious, and those involved will be arrested soon.”

Sharma emphasized the need for strict enforcement, adding, “All encroachers should face strict action. The issue at RS Pura is serious, and with the way security agencies are set up, those responsible should be arrested very soon.”

On being asked whether he supports the actions of security personnel, he clarified, “No, it is up to them; how can I speak on their behalf.? (KNC)
