Two SC judges to evaluate Additional Judges in HC’s performance

Delhi: Departing from an earlier practice of Additional judges’ performance being reviewed by High Court Judges, a committee of two Supreme Court Judges will now evaluate the judgments of AJ’s of High Courts and decide whether they should be promoted as permanent judges.
