Srinagar, Oct 09: The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Secretariat on Thursday released the provisional calendar for the 4th session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly

According to the calendar, the session will start on Thursday, October 23, with obituary references. The following days, October 24 and 25, are marked as off days, with October 24 coinciding with Rajya Sabha elections. October 26 is a holiday.

The Assembly will take up Government Business on October 27 and 30. Private Members’ Bills will be considered on October 28, and Private Members’ Resolutions on October 29. Government Business may also be conducted on October 31, if needed. (KNO)
