Srinagar, September 4: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir has extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, wishing everyone peace, prosperity, unity and harmony.
In his message, the IGP expressed hope that the festival marking the birth of Lord Krishna would inspire people to strengthen the values of peace, brotherhood and communal harmony.
“May this occasion guide us towards peace, prosperity, unity and harmony,” the IGP Kashmir said, extending his greetings to all on the occasion of Janmashtami.
The IGP also conveyed his best wishes for the well-being and prosperity of the people and called for continued promotion of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence.
