JAMMU, AUGUST 12: The J&K Sports Council congratulates prominent Jammu and Kashmir fencers Shreya Gupta and Vishal Thapar for their outstanding performances at the ongoing Commonwealth Fencing Championship in Lagos, Nigeria.
