In a statement, Shah said the decision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to establish fast-track courts for the speedy hearing of paper leak cases and ensure stringent punishment for the guilty demonstrates the government’s determination to eliminate such crimes and restore confidence in the examination system.

He said the move is aimed at ensuring that those who attempt to play with the future of the country’s youth by leaking examination papers are brought to justice without delay.

Describing the initiative as a landmark decision, the Home Minister said the establishment of fast-track courts will strengthen accountability, accelerate the judicial process, and serve as a strong deterrent against paper leak rackets.

Shah further stated that the Modi government’s focus remains on creating a transparent, fair, and credible examination system, ensuring that the hard work and aspirations of millions of students are protected.
