According to the advisory, vehicular movement from Railway Crossing Baramulla to Bus Stand Crossing along the Baramulla-Uri road shall remain completely suspended from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM to facilitate smooth conduct of the rally.

The Traffic Police advised commuters to avoid unnecessary travel on the affected stretch during the scheduled hours. However, to ensure hassle-free movement of traffic towards Srinagar and Uri, a diversion plan has been put in place.

As per the advisory, Srinagar-bound traffic from Uri and Baramulla will be diverted via Khanpora Bridge, Old Town, Ladoora and Sangrama before joining the Srinagar-Baramulla highway.

Similarly, Uri and Baramulla-bound traffic from Srinagar side will follow the diversion route through Sangrama, Juhama, Ladoora, Old Town and Khanpora Bridge.

Meanwhile, separate traffic arrangements have also been issued for vehicles ferrying participants to the rally from different districts and areas.

Vehicles coming from South and Central Kashmir have been directed to travel via Pattan, Palhallan, Sangrama and Delina towards Railway Crossing Diversion, with parking facilities arranged at Railway Station, ITI and Fruit Mandi parking slots.

Vehicles from Uri and Boniyar areas have been asked to move through Sheeri and Khanpora Bridge towards General Bus Stand, Truck Yard (Uri Adda) and Sumo Stand parking slots.

Similarly, vehicles carrying participants from Gulmarg area will take the Chandoosa-Gulmarg Link route connecting to the Baramulla-Uri road and park at designated locations including General Bus Stand and Truck Yard.

The advisory was issued by Senior Superintendent of Police, Traffic Rural Kashmir, Liaqat Ali (JKPS), in public interest for information and compliance.
