Hilal Malik Wins Forestry & Wildlife Photography Competition

Srinagar, May 5: Hilal Malik has emerged as the winner of the Forestry and Wildlife Photography Competition organised by the Jammu & Kashmir Forest Department. His outstanding work, capturing the essence of the region’s rich biodiversity and scenic landscapes, earned wide appreciation from the jury.

The Hon’ble Minister for Forests Javed Rana congratulated Hilal Malik for his remarkable achievement and lauded his contribution towards promoting environmental awareness through the art of photography. The Minister emphasized the importance of such initiatives in encouraging youth to connect with nature and play an active role in conservation efforts.

In recognition of his accomplishment, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), J&K felicitated Hilal Malik at a function held at the Forest Complex, Srinagar. Senior officers and officials of the department were present on the occasion and commended the participants for showcasing the natural beauty and wildlife of Jammu & Kashmir through their lenses.
