Army renders swift assistance in School bus accident at Bazipora, Ajas

Bazipora (Ajas), April 29, 2026: A school bus belonging to Angle Care School, Safapora (Regn No: JK02CC-7458) skidded off the road and overturned in the Bazipora area of Ajas in Bandipora district on Wednesday, leaving four students and the driver injured.

An Army team from SK Bala Army Camp, which was on a routine area domination patrol, promptly responded to the incident. The team immediately evacuated the injured to Hajin Hospital and provided necessary assistance. It also helped in the recovery of the bus.

All the injured are reported to be in stable condition.

The swift response underscores the Indian Army’s continued commitment to humanitarian assistance and the safety of civilians.
