DIG Traffic Flags Off G.V.E.I Annual Cross Country Run

Srinagar, Apr 24: In its ongoing effort to foster holistic development among students, Green Valley Educational Institute (G.V.E.I) Friday held its annual cross country run.

The race was officially flagged off by DIG traffic Kashmir, Haseeb Ur Rehman.
Showcasing energy and sportsmanship, the race witnessed active participation of students from Level 5-12.

The run commenced from Sir Syed Gate and Zain-ul-Abideen Gate, Kashmir University and concluded at Duck Park, Foreshore.

The entire route echoed with cheers of parents, motivating their young ones. To ensure safe conduct of the run, teachers supported students at different points along the route.

In the Boys Category, Shah Ahmad of Class 5th Green secured the first position in the Classes 5th & 6th race. Mir Baleeg of Class 8th G emerged victorious in the Classes 7th & 8th category.

In the senior middle group, Shuhab of Class 10th W clinched the top spot among Classes 9th & 10th. Eshaan Kathjoo of Class 12th led the senior-most category, finishing first in Classes 11th & 12th.

In the Girls Category, Minsa of Class 5th Pink bagged the first position in the Classes 5th & 6th race.

Liyana of Class 7th Pink topped the Classes 7th & 8th category, while Hareem of Class 10th O secured first place among Classes 9th & 10th. Ayesha Kathjoo of Class 11th emerged as the winner in the Classes 11th & 12th category.
