For Jammu Division, the committee will be headed by the Nodal Principal of Jammu Division Colleges as Convenor, with the Principals of Government Degree College Bhagwati Nagar and SPMR College Jammu as members.

Similarly, for Kashmir Division, the Nodal Principal of Kashmir Division Colleges will act as Convenor, while the Principals of Amar Singh College Srinagar and S.P. College Srinagar have been nominated as members.

The committees have been tasked to examine the matter in detail and submit their specific recommendations to the Directorate of Colleges within 10 days from the issuance of the order.

They will verify key documents including date of birth certificates, qualification certificates, Aadhaar-based biometric attendance records, and any other relevant documents deemed necessary before finalising their recommendations. (KNC)
