Young Minds at GVEI Discuss AI’s Impact on Moral Values

Srinagar, March 18: The Department of Activities at Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI) organized an engaging group discussion for Senior Secondary students on the theme “Morality in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”

Over 20 students participated enthusiastically, sharing insightful views on AI’s influence on ethics, data privacy, and human responsibility. The discussion highlighted the need to balance technological advancement with strong moral values.

Masoom (12th E) secured first position, followed by Madeeha (12th D) in second place. Tazeem (11th E) and Sufeena (12th E) jointly secured third position.

Principal Riyaz Kathjoo and Activities Head Rafi Badri felicitated the winners and appreciated all participants, emphasizing that while AI is powerful, human ethics and creativity remain indispensable.

The event was judged by Dr. Fayaz and Asma. Overall, the session proved to be highly enriching and reflective of students’ awareness of contemporary issues.
