Pakistani Balloon Recovered in Khour Sector

LAkhnoor, Jan 19: A Pakistani balloon bearing the marking “PIA” was recovered from an open agricultural field in village Kachriyal, falling under Police Post Pallanwala of Police Station Khour, officials said on Monday.

Official sources said the balloon was noticed by locals and subsequently recovered.

After completion of preliminary formalities, the recovered balloon was formally handed over to Police Post Pallanwala for further action and verification.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and are carrying out necessary to ascertain the circumstances under which the balloon landed in the area. (KNC)
