The drive was led by DySP Traffic Mohd Aslam, along with multiple traffic teams, with the objective of checking violations and ensuring smoother movement of vehicles. During the operation, six vehicles were seized, while 122 on-the-spot challans were issued. A total penalty of ₹54,000 was imposed on violators.

In addition to enforcement, an awareness programme was also conducted to educate drivers and the general public about the importance of adhering to traffic rules and their proper implementation on the ground.

Officials said the special drive is part of ongoing efforts to streamline traffic movement and provide safe and smooth passage for the public. The initiative was widely appreciated by commuters and local residents.

DySP Traffic Mohd Aslam appealed to the general public, particularly vehicle drivers and bikers, to strictly follow traffic rules for their own safety and the safety of others on the road.
