Srinagar, Nov 3: The Jammu and Kashmir All Departments Clerical Staff Association (JKADCSA) and the School Education Non-Teaching Employees Forum (SENTEF) J&K have warmly welcomed Naseer Ahmad Wani (JKAS) on his assumption of charge as Director of School Education, Kashmir (DSEK).
In a joint statement, the associations expressed confidence that Wani’s visionary leadership, administrative acumen, and reform driven approach will pave the way for progressive transformation, transparency, and inclusiveness in the educational framework across the Kashmir division.
The delegation observed that his tenure is expected to revitalize institutional mechanisms, uplift service morale, and ensure that the legitimate aspirations of employees particularly the Non-Teaching cadre are effectively addressed.
“We are hopeful that under the dynamic leadership of Naseer Ahmad Wani, long-standing concerns of the Non-Teaching fraternity will be duly acknowledged and redressed through proactive engagement and responsive governance,” the statement added.
In a related meeting, the delegation also met Dr. Iqbal Hussain Mir (JKAS), Personnel Officer and expressed sincere gratitude for pivotal contribution in facilitating the recent career progression of the Non-Teaching cadre a development widely hailed as a morale-boosting measure for the department’s workforce.
