NCC Cadets imparted Martial Arts training at Nagrota

Jammu, Sep 26: Martial Arts expert and Karate trainer, Sanjeev Dewan Friday imparted training among NCC Cadets during special guidance session at NTA Nagrota, near here.

The session provided cadets with the opportunity to learn and practice various martial arts techniques aimed at enhancing physical fitness, self-defence skills, discipline, and mental toughness.

The training focused on improving agility, endurance, and overall health while improving self-defence skills and practical techniques to boost confidence and safety. The demonstrations were aimed at encouraging focus, resilience, and strong character building.

For his exceptional skills and experience in martial arts, Sanjeev was felicitated and appreciated by Colonel Deraj Chaturvedi, Commanding Officer, 1st J&K Battalion NCC, Srinagar.

Important to mention here that Shihan Sanjeev Dewan, Chief Instructor Renemi Goju-Ryu Karate Do Federation of India and 6th Degree Black Belt later held an interactive session with over 350 NCC Cadets in the Camp. Sanjeev was assisted by Mayank Resutra, Brown Belt; Parnav Y Ravendra, Brown Belt; Kartik Verma and Kamal Kishore, Brown Belt holders.

Among others present were Associate NCC Officers, Lt. Sameer Lone, Mudasir, Anees and Vijay.
