Srinagar, Sep 24: Police on Wednesday said that it have arrested a Over Ground Worker from Kulgam, who had provided the logistic support to the terrorists killed in Operation Mahadev.

Officials told GNS that Srinagar Police arrested an OGW from South Kashmir, identified as Mohd Yousuf Katari (26) of Kulgam. He had role in providing logistical support to terrorists killed in op mahadev.

Pertinently, operation Mahadev took place on July 28, 2025, when security forces, including the Army and police, conducted an anti-terror operation in the Lidwas area of Srinagar.

This operation resulted in the elimination of three Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists, identified as Suleman, Afghan, and Jibran, who were involved in the April 22, 2025, Pahalgam terror attack.
