Kulgam, July 14: A head-on collision between a Tata mobile load carrier and a Maruti I20 car on the National Highway-44 at Malpora resulted in injuries to two individuals, including a BSF jawan, officials said.

An official, the accident occurred when the two vehicles collided each other, causing injuries to BSF personnel Anand Mehta of 37 BN and Mohd Shafi, a resident of Hawoora Qaimoh, who was driving the I20.

Kulgam Police swiftly reached the spot and shifted the injured to PHC Wanpoh for immediate medical treatment, Said an official.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
