Ram Niwas Sharma appointed as Secy SED, J&K

Srinagar, May 27: The government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday ordered the posting of Ram Niwas Sharma, IAS (AGMUT: 2010), as Secretary to the Government, School Education Department.

As per an order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), “In the interest of administration, Sh. Ram Niwas Sharma, IAS (AGMUT: 2010), consequent upon his transfer to the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, is hereby posted as Secretary to the Government, School Education Department, relieving Sh. Shantmanu, IAS (AGMUT: 1991), Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department, of the additional charge of the post,” the order reads.
