Srinagar, May 08: Traffic movement on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) has been halted from both sides due to a mudslide at Chamba Seri in Ramban district on Thursday.

The traffic control unit informed that the highway remains blocked as of 7:30 AM, and the weather in the area is rainy, making road clearance difficult, an official said.

Commuters have been advised not to travel on the highway until the weather improves and the road is cleared, they said.
