Srinagar, Apr 8: Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday chaired a high-level meeting at Raj Bhavan in Srinagar to review the status of ongoing developmental projects across the Union Territory.

As per details, LG Manoj Sinha and other senior administrative officials from various departments were present in the meeting, which focused on speeding up implementation of key infrastructure and welfare projects under centrally sponsored schemes.

Sources said the discussions also included reviewing timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of public services in line with the central government’s developmental agenda for Jammu and Kashmir.

This joint review by the Home Minister and the Chief Minister reflects a coordinated push to accelerate progress on the ground and address public concerns across Jammu and Kashmir. (JKNS)
