DIG JSK conducts surprise security review in Jammu

Jammu, March 5: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Jammu-Samba-Kathua (JSK) Range, Shiv Kumar, Wednesday conducted an unannounced security review in Jammu.

The visit aimed to assess the preparedness of local law enforcement and ensure robust security measures are in place. Jewel Chowk, Bus stand area checked and met with Jawans performing duties on ground, SHO Nowabad, SHO Bus stand, Dysp Hq Jammu, also accompanied DIG.

DIG JKS range also conducted Piping ceremony newly promoted Sub inspectors in Gandhi nagar Jammu along-with with SSP Jammu Joginder Singh, SP South Ajay, SSP Traffic Qureshi. SDPO Sunil Jasrotia, reads a statement issued to INS.

A deputation of Muslim women community from Batindi, Chowadi Sunjwan area met with DIG JKS Range, these women submitted an application to the DIG JKS regarding cheating and fraud happened by Pvt Company on the name of Govt. Schemes. DIG JKS assured them of strict action.
