DIG JSK Range visits  Border areas of Arina, Bishnah, R S Pura

Jammu, Nov 26: Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) of Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range (JSK) Range, Shiv Kumar Sharma Tuesday held a comprehensive visit of border area of Arnia Bishnah and R.S.Pura of district Jammu along-with SP HQ, SDPO R.S.Pura.
Security review of these areas was conducted, a statement issued here reads.

DIG JKS Range met with Police officials, VDG members in sensitive areas. He also met the BSF authorities for better coordination as a part of Border management system.

They discussed various security related issues and imparted necessary directions regarding establish joint nakas for better results.

He also visited in Border Police Posts Dewangarh and Hara Pir Checkpost Sai Kallan chakroi and directed the Incharge Police Post officials for redressal of public grievances in a time bound manner and briefed the jawans for their sensitivity of duty and they were directed to remain extra vigilant on their points.

Moreover, all the officers were directed to strengthen the nakas especially during night hours and keep watch on Antisocial and Antinattional Elements who crossed the nakas especially during late night and wee hours.

The general public in these areas are also requested to give timely information to Police.
