Srinagar, Aug 27: A day after the NC and Congress ink seat sharing pact, over 20 candidates are expected to file nomination papers today.

As per INS, 17 candidates from NC and nine candidates from Congress will be filing their nomination papers for the first phase, slated on September 18.
