12 IPS officers transferred in J&K

Srinagar, Aug 16: Jammu and Kashmir government on Friday ordered the transfer and postings 12 IPS officers with an immediate effect.

Bhim Sen Tuti, IGP (Hqrs) PHQ also holding additional charge of the posts of (POS) PHQ and IGP Traffic J&K is posted as IGP (POS) PHQ with additional charge of the posts of IGP (Hqrs) PHQ, IGP (Technical Services) and IGP (Telecom).

Dr. Sunil Gupta, DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range is transferred and posted as Incharge IGP Crime, J&K, relieving Deepak Kumar IPS of the additional charge of the said post.

Sujit Kumar, DIG CID, Kashmir is posted as Incharge IGP Security, J&K, relieving M.K Sinha (IPS) of the additional charge of the said post.

Vivek Gupta, presently DIG North Kashmir Range, Baramulla is posted as Incharge IGP Railways, J&K, relieving S.J.M Gilani, IPS of the charge of the head of Railway wing.

M Suleman Chhoudhary presently DIG (Pres) PHQ is posted as Incharge Traffic, J&K, relieving Bhim Sen Tuti (IPS) of the additional charge of the said post.

Dr. Ajit Singh, presently DIG SIA is posted as DIG Traffic, Kashmir against an available vacancy.

Dr. Vinod Kumar, presently SSP Jammu is posted as Incharge DIG Armed Jammu, relieving Ms Sarah Rizvi of the additional charge of the said post.

Maqsood-Ul-Zaman presently SO to IGP Traffic J&K is posted as DIG North Kashmir Range, Baramulla vice Vivek Gupta IPS.

Mubassir Latifi presently CO-IR 10-BN is posted as Incharge DIG (Pres) PHQ vice M. Suleman Choudhary.

Shiv Kumar Sharma, presently PTTI Vijaypur is posted as Incharge DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range vice Sunil Gupta.

Rashmi Wazir presently CO-IR-12Bn is posted as DIG Security, J&K against an available vacancy.

Rajeshwar Singh presently SSP CID Hqrs J&K is posted as Incharge DIG SIA vice Dr Ajeet Singh, read the official order from the government.
