Safapora, Jun 23: Friends Humanitarian Trust is proud to announce the commencement of its under-19 Cricket tournament, held today at Safapora.

The inaugural match witnessed an enthusiastic turnout, celebrating the spirit of youth and sportsmanship.

Chief Guest Lt Col Bhawani Bhati 13 RR Mansbal honored the event with his esteemed presence, lauding the efforts of the organizers and encouraging young cricketers to pursue excellence both on and off the field.

The event also welcomed Guest of Honour Ab Rashid Bhat DDC of Safapora,whose support and dedication to local youth initiatives have been invaluable.

Syed Ab Rashid Sahab Imam Jamia Safapora and Bashir Ahmad Parray, Retired Superintendent of Police, and Mohd Yousuf Paray, a cherished veteran of Safapora, graced the occasion with their presence, adding to the event’s grandeur and significance.

Special thanks were extended to all participating teams and dignitaries, whose involvement underscores the community’s commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting a culture of sportsmanship.

Friends Humanitarian Trust extends its heartfelt gratitude to the local community, sponsors, and volunteers who contributed to making the inaugural match a resounding success. The tournament promises exciting cricketing action and aims to foster unity, discipline, and sporting excellence among the youth of Safapora.
