Srinagar, May 08: A fresh exchange of fire took place at the encounter site in the Redwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday after two terrorists were killed yesterday, officials said.

An official told KNO that a fresh exchange of fire took place after a hiding terrorist fired upon forces when debris was being cleared.

He said that firing is going on and further details will be shared accordingly.

Two TRF terrorists, including top commander Basit Dar who was carrying a bounty of Ra 10 lakh on his head, were killed in the encounter yesterday at the same spot.
