10 killed as vehicle plunges into gorge at Ramban

Ramban, Mar 29: The Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has yet again witnessed a deadly accident in which ten persons have died on the spot.

According to the reports received by INS, nearly eight to ten persons were killed after a vehicle they were travelling in plunged into a deep gorge near Battery Chashma area of Ramban district.

The rescue operation was immediately launched and so far eight to ten bodies have been found at the spot.

Reports said that J&K Police, SDRF, and local volunteers, are presently putting efforts to retrieve the bodies.
