Srinagar, Mar 07: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived Bakshi Stadium where he is scheduled to address a rally first time after the abrogation of Article 370 in August 2019.
Amid tight security arrangements, the Prime Minister has reached the venue. The people in large number have already reached the venue to participate in the rally.
