Srinagar, Mar 04: The government on Monday appointed Chandrekar Bharti as Principal Secretary to the Government, home department.
“In the interest of administration, Chandrekar Bharti, IAS (AGMUT:1996) awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department with immediate effect,” the order reads.
