Schools to reopen on March 04 in Kashmir: DSEK

Srinagar, Feb 29: The government on Thursday said that the Class work for the students upto higher secondary level shall commence from March 04.

The decision has been taken in wake of the weather advisory issued by the local Meteorological department here.

The order issued by Director School Education, Kashmir, Tassaduq Hussain Mir, said that “In view of the weather advisory issued by the Meteorological Department predicting heavy snowfall in the valley, it is hereby ordered that classwork in all government and recognized private schools of the Kashmir Division up to the higher secondary level shall commence from 4th March 2024.”
