Srinagar, Dec 26: The Kashmir University on Tuesday ordered winter vacations for all the affiliated private colleges from December 27, 2023 to February 14, 2024.

According to the INS, Dean, College Development Council, Prof Khursheed Ahmad Bhat in an order said “All the Private Colleges affiliated with the University of Kashmir shall observe winter vacation w.e.f. 27th December, 2023 to 14th February, 2024. However, all teaching and non-teaching staff shall remain available in the colleges as and when required. Further, Library should remain open for students during vacations.”
