Thieves steal over 30 sheep in Anantnag

Anantnag, Dec 14: A family from South Kashmir’s Anantnag district claimed that burglars stole over 30 sheep from their cowshed during the nocturnal hours.

The owner of the sheep, Gulzar Ahmed who hails from Gadiseer village of Bijbehara told the news agency that the burglars dismantled a portion of the wall and stole over 30 sheep.

As per KNT, he said that he had reported the incident to the police and hoped his sheep would be recovered.

“These sheep were the only source of my income. The whole family is in distress. We appeal to the police to nab the burglars without any delay,” he said.
