Sgr records coldest night of season at -2.0°C

Srinagar, Dec 11: The cold conditions continued to hit Kashmir as Srinagar and a few more places have recorded the coldest night of the season.

According to the INS, Srinagar, summer capital of J&K recorded the coldest night of the season at – 4.8°C.

Qazigund in South Kashmir also recorded the coldest night of the season at – 3.4°C.

Officials in the Meteorological department here said that Gulmarg, a famous ski-resort has recorded a low of -3.6 °C.

The mercury in Pahalgam setlled at -4.7°C.

In Kupwara and Kokernag areas, a minimum temperature of -4.0°C and -2.4°C were recorded respectively.
