According to INS, Pahalgam was coldest at minus 4.6°C.
Gulmarg, a famous ski-resort has recorded a low of minus 2.3°C.
Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir has recorded a low of minus 1.4 °C.
The mercury in Qazigund settled at minus 1.6°C Kupwara recorded a low of minus 1.7°C.
