Srinagar, Dec 01: Senior IAS officer Atal Dulloo on Friday took over as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
Dulloo succeeded Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, who got retired on November 30, 2023.
Different employees association, trade unions and others have welcomed the appointment of Dulloo as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
