Srinagar, Nov 29: Jugmeet Kaur Bali, President of All Sikh Minority Employees Association and All Jammu and Kashmir Minority Employees Association Wednesday welcomed the appointment of Atal Dulloo as Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, terming him the administrator of Par excellence.
In a statement issued to INS, she stated that his accumen would take administrative efficiency of Jammu and Kashmir to new levels.
Bali termed Atal Dulloo as an officer of great integrity and intellectual capacity, who has high quality administrator skills.
