Srinagar, Nov 16: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha released ‘Sun in the Palm’, the english translation of Urdu Poetry collection of Dr Darakhshan Andrabi ‘Hatheli Pe Suraj’, at Raj Bhawan on Thursday.
