Srinagar, Oct 27: The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India on Friday appointed R R Swain as In-charge Director General of Police (DGP), Jammu & Kashmir.
As per an order, with the approval of competent authority, R R Swain, presently posted as special DG, CID, Jammu and Kashmir will also function as in-charge DGP J&K in addition to his existing charge with effect from 01-11-2023 and until further orders.
