“During the course of investigation, the accused identified as Ashiq Ah Khan son of Bashir Ah Khan resident of Niloora Khan Mohalla has been arrested for carrying out such unlawful activities. The investigation of the case is going on”, reads the statement.

“We urge the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with the Police to nab the miscreants who are inimical to the peace and tranquillity. We stand together in the fight against militancy and will continue to work towards a peaceful, safe and prosperous future for all citizens”, reads the statement further.
