163 BN CRPF Celebrates 85th Raising Day with Commemorative Events, Initiatives

Qazigund, July 27: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 163 Battalion proudly celebrates 85th Raising Day of Central Reserve Force with a series of events aimed at paying homage to the martyrs, fostering environmental conservation, and promoting sportsmanship within the ranks.

The CRPF has a long and illustrious history of serving the nation with unwavering dedication and courage. On this momentous occasion, the 163 BN CRPF is honored to commemorate the sacrifices of its valiant personnel who have laid down their lives in the line of duty. A solemn ceremony will be held at the camp to pay heartfelt homage to these brave souls. Their memory will continue to inspire and motivate our forces in upholding the security and integrity of our beloved nation.

Understanding the importance of environmental conservation and the role of greenery in our ecosystem, the 163 BN CRPF will undertake a Mass Plantation drive within the camp premises. This initiative aims to contribute to the ongoing global efforts to combat climate change and create a greener, sustainable future. In collaboration with Government Degree College Qazigund, the battalion organized an mass palntation in College with faculty and students/ youths.

As part of the celebrations, the 163 BN CRPF will also host various sports events. Sportsmanship not only promotes physical fitness but also fosters team spirit and camaraderie among our personnel. These events aim to instill a sense of healthy competition and bring together members of the battalion in a friendly and positive atmosphere.

The Commanding Officer of 163 BN CRPF Sh Ajay Rajnikar Commandant, along with other officers and local authorities, will preside over the festivities. The celebration will be marked with patriotic fervor and pride as the battalion rededicates itself to its core values of Duty, Valour, and Sacrifice.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have supported and stood by the CRPF in its journey of safeguarding the nation. The 85th Raising Day is a moment of reflection, celebration, and renewed commitment as we move forward with the sole objective of serving the nation with greater determination and dedication.
