Chancellor, CT University, Mr S Charan Singh Channi, who was a guest of honour, said his University aims to create a strong bond with the University of Kashmir to collaborate in areas of teaching and research. He also highlighted the CT University’s association with the University of Kashmir right from 2008.

Dean Academic Affairs KU Prof Farooq A Masoodi highlighted the salient features of NEP-2020, including flexibility and entry-exit options. He urged young students to study the NEP document to understand its important aspects.

Registrar KU, Dr Nisar A Mir said the component of skill development has been embedded in the NEP-2020 in view of its importance for young students to become employment-givers rather than employment-seekers in future.
