Srinagar, Apr 12: The government on Wednesday ordered transfer of two police officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to an order, Ms. Diya D, IPS, awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted as Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Baramulla. “The post of Addl. Superintendent of Police, Baramulla, is re-designated as Superintendent of Police (Headquarters), Baramulla, till held by the said officer.”

Rakesh Kumar Parihar, Addl. Superintendent of Police, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Dy. Commandant IR- 16th Battalion, against an available vacancy.
