Srinagar: The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce & Industry (Inc) expressed anguish regarding recent order No. S.O 668 and urged the Lieutenant Governor and Chief Secretary to look into it as it has an “adverse impact on livelihood and employability of the people in J&K.”

The Kashmir Inc held an interactive meeting with various Trade Associations, Hoteliers, Restaurant Owners, and  other Stake Holders on their  request regarding  the recent order No. S.O 668 Dated 9th December, 2022 issued by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Revenue Department, KCC&I said in a statement issued here.

“The delegation expressed their anguish regarding the  above order  and  spoke about its  adverse impact on  livelihood and employability  of the people in J&K.”

Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad assured the delegation that their concerns will be taken up with Government at highest level.

“Moreover President Sheikh Ashiq Ahmad  urges  LG  and Chief Secretary J&K to  look into the matter  so that livelihood of the people would not get affected.”
