Green Valley Educational Institute Organizes First Ever International Rubik’s Competition

Srinagar: Green Valley Educational Institute on Saturday organized the first ever International Rubik’s Competition under the aegis of World Cube Association with overwhelming participation from contestants across the world.  Abid Hussain, Additional Commissioner Kashmir, was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The event started around 9:00 a.m. with huge applauds from the participants and the parents.
Around 90 national and international participants who had registered for the competition were seen with their eyes fixed on their cubes trying to outsmart their competitors and set new records.
Speaking on the occasion Aryan Chabbra, Indian Rubik sensation and a record holder, said, ” The event is going very nice . The kids have been trained well. It was a very good experience. These kids are learning and improving and are very enthusiastic.”
