Srinagar, Oct 8: A 40-year-old man died after he fell from a walnut tree in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, officials said.

They said Mohammad Ayoub Mir son of Hidayaullah Mir fell off from the tree at Nowgam Mawer area of the district this morning and was immediately shifted to NTPHC Nowgam. However he succumbed to the injuries, they added. A police official confirmed his death and said that a case has been registered.
