In Frames: Preparations Begin For Making Kashmiri Harissa

Harissa is an authentic and traditional mutton curry recipe that is usually eaten with the onset of winters and best served with Kashmiri flatbread known as Kashmiri Tchot. The recipe will be available in Srinagar from the begin of next month at most places and the makers have started preparation in advance. Pictures By Zargar Zahoor
