Playing sports in school helps a child’s character develop so that he or she becomes confident and adaptable. It also instils patience, self-discipline, perseverance, and the ability to accept the beauty of defeat while also improving their skills, teamwork, and lifelong healthy fitness habits that they will carry into adulthood. Children are no longer viewing sports as merely a physical activity subject in the school curriculum, but as a passion and a career path to achieving their dream of becoming great athletes to represent their country internationally.
