Srinagar, Aug 20: A ‘recycled’ militant was arrested was in Bandipora district of north Kashmir on Saturday, police said.

“Police and Army arrested a recycled (militant) namely Imtiyaz Ahmad Beigh alias Ina Bhai son of Abdul Nawab Beigh of Beigh Mohalla Fatehpora, Baramulla,” police said in a tweet . “Incriminating materials, arms & ammunition including one AK-47 rifle, 2 AK-magazines and 59 AK-rounds were recovered,” police said, adding, “Investigation in progress.”
