Traffic has been moving on the Srinagar Jammu highway amid hiccups caused by the landslides at different places, officials said on friday.
“Landslides at several places had blocked the road but it was timely restored,” Dsp traffic Mr Parul told INS.
The traffic came to standstill after blockages, however after timely intervention road is through.
“There is no effect on pilgrims coming, they are moving smoothly,” he said, adding that vehicles that were stuck at Chanderkote since 3 am will be allowed to move towards Srinagar as well.
